This is an Agreement between The Sprinkler Company, LLC, “Contractor” and the aforementioned “Customer” for work at the stated address. The Customer accepts that all prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory. The Contractor proposes to complete above stated work in a timely and professional manor. Additional cost will occur if the Contractor determines repairs are required.

Any repairs that extend beyond the first hour of labor at Start-Up will be completed at a discounted labor rate of $80 per hour with one technician or $160 per hour with two technicians. Repairs are invoiced separately based on the labor and material needed to complete.

The Agreement begins at the Start-Up. The agreement is terminated upon the completion of Winterization. Only repairs made under the current agreement are guaranteed. All payments shall be made to The Sprinkler Company, LLC.

The Agreement is not binding until Contractor receives payment in full prior to the Start-Up. Failure to pay for repairs will nullify the remainder of the agreement.

Spring Start-Up

Timing: March, April, May or June

Pressurize the irrigation system by opening the isolation valve
Clean & Examine Backflow Preventer
Test rain sensor functionality
Test Controller for Manual Operation
Program Controller for Automatic Operation
Assess system performance/efficiency
Locate sprinkler heads; Clean and adjust nozzles
Identify leaks and/or malfunctioning sprinkler heads
Includes up to one hour of service

**Does not include parts/materials/additional labor for repairs

Mid-Season Check-Up

Timing: July, August, or September

Re-examine Backflow Preventer
Re-test rain sensor functionality
Adjust water schedule for summer irrigation requirements
Re-assess system performance/efficiency
Cut out excessive grass growth where necessary
Clean and adjust nozzles where necessary
Includes up to one hour of service

**Does not include parts/materials/additional labor for repairs

Winterization

Timing: October or November

Shut off water supply to the irrigation system
Purge all water from the system with compressed air

Does not include parts/materials/additional labor for repairs

**Repairs are NOT done with winterization

Discounted Labor Rate for Repairs

Timing: As needed based on observations

Cost of Repairs are NOT included with any Service Repairs are done on a time
& material basis
Labor rate is $80 + tax per technician man hour
Labor rate is $160 + tax per hour with technician and a helper
